Austin Stokes grew up in the Atlanta area and first discovered Beaufort while attending Marine Corps recruit training at Parris Island. Throughout his military career, he spent much of his time in Southern California, but he and his family always cherished their visits to Beaufort, where they fell in love with the Lowcountry’s charm. When the opportunity for military relocation arose, Beaufort was at the top of their list.

With over a decade of experience as both a real estate agent and investor, Austin specializes in helping military families navigate the VA loan process and assisting fellow investors in finding unique income properties in the Lowcountry.
